Located in one of Lisbon’s most vibrant districts in the historic centre, this apartment overlooks the beautiful Sao Paulo Square. Close to superb restaurants and cafes, supermarket and the Ribeira market, the riverfront, to the Cais Sodré station, Time Out Market, Pink St, the central square Praça Comercio, St George’s Castle and, only a 30min train ride along the river/ocean to beaches in Estoril and Cascais.
Set in a beautifully restored 250 year old building, this apartment is large (130m2), with big double glazed windows overlooking the square, has 3 bedrooms (1 kingsize bed + 4 singles), a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning and washing/drying machines. The accommodation is non-smoking. The airport is 9km away and we can arrange for a transfer.

Susana welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness, even outside of the official check-in time, suggesting restaurants, must-see places, and interesting activities. The apartment is fantastic: very spacious (large living area, delightful lounge, three bedrooms with large, comfortable beds, two bathrooms, both with showers), clean, tastefully and stylishly furnished, and fully equipped with everything you could imagine and more (including complimentary umbrellas). The location is exceptional: overlooking São Paulo Square, a short walk from Praça do Comercio, behind Pink Street, and just steps from Cais do Sodré with easy access to trains, buses, trams, and more. Auchan supermarket across the street, and restaurants and bars of all kinds are nearby. Check-out was super easy (we had a flight home at dawn). What can we say? We’ll definitely be back and have already recommended it to family and friends! Muito obrigada Susana!
The staff were attentive. The location was perfect, very close to the historic center. The apartment itself was wonderful, with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room. It was very well-equipped and functional, with a beautifully curated classic decor.
We absolutely loved our stay at Susana’s place. The contact prior to us arriving was great, and we were met by our lovely host and her friend who gave us some fab ideas re places to visit (especially across the river). The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, light and airy, with very comfy beds (especially the massive double bed in the main bedroom). The kitchen was very well-equipped and everything was thought of that we might have needed during our stay – including a chilled bottle of wine. The location is very central, within easy distance of the Metro stop, Time Out Market, a supermarket and Copenhagen bakery, plus all the old town sights are in walking distance. Pink Street is just round the corner but the apartment has got good double glazing so you don’t hear any noise from Pink Street at night. The perfect base – we’ll be back
