SÃO PAULO SQUARE – HISTORIC CENTRE

Susana’s apartment is wonderful and we enjoyed our week-long stay. The apartment was spacious for our family (including two adult sons): three bedrooms; large kitchen opening to a dining area with seating for eight; a TV/family room where the entire group could sit comfortably; and two large bathrooms with comfortably-sized showers. The kitchen is equipped and roomy enough that several people can cook at the same time. Each room has large windows, so the apartment is bright. The stairs to the apartment (one floor above ground level) were easy and wide, so we had no problems with our suitcases and we did not miss having an elevator). The location is super convenient to the sites of Lisbon, and there are many restaurants, bakeries & supermarkets. I highly recommend this apartment. We also really appreciate Susana’s recommendations (restaurants, activities, local life in Lisbon) and attention during our stay. All in all, I don’t think the visit could have been any better.

Susana was a wonderful host and the apartment was absolutely amazing. Beautifully designed, very well appointed, and immaculately maintained — it felt both stylish and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Susana was also incredibly helpful, sharing thoughtful notes and recommendations on things to do and great places to eat, which made our stay even better. The location is perfect: just moments from Time Out Market, excellent transport links, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafés. It was also an ideal spot for New Year’s Eve, with an easy short stroll to the fireworks and concert. Having Tosca restaurant downstairs was a real highlight — outstanding food and such a convenient bonus. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Lisbon. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing location. Time Out Market, Pink Street, groceries, public transportation, cafes, restaurants all just steps away.
Lovely meeting our host Susana on arrival. She allowed an early check in which was great after an overnight flight. Lots of room for multiple guests. Second bath a bonus and beds are very comfortable. There is street noise as expected in such a convenient dynamic location so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs are a must. Susana has a beautiful property that I would highly recommend for a stay in Lisbon.

A beautiful apartment in a vibrant area of the city. A five minute walk from Metro and train station. Susana is a brilliant host and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. We would definitely go back if we have another trip to Lisbon.

Having met us personally at the flat which is so rare nowadays, Susana was a complete source of local information. Not just on greeting us but throughout our stay.
The flat was ideal for the six of us and we never felt cramped, lots of space and comfy beds. The area was great as a start point for exploring all of Lisbon and accessing the outer areas.

The location. The truly welcoming structure, the brightness, the spacious and comfortable rooms. Furthermore, the equipment provided was truly homely. The umbrellas and shoehorn were truly appreciated. Susana was full of empathy and advice. She even booked a taxi back to the airport. A heartfelt thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s incredibly beautiful apartment. It’s on the 2nd floor, very spacious, centrally located and well furnished with more than the necessary staples in the kitchen. Grocery, bakery, Time Out Market are all around the corner. Tastefully decorated with a cozy feeling, it made our trip to Lisboa memorable. Susana was a great host; very responsive and attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.
