The condominium has a large swimming pool, landscaped central area with trees and grass and children´s outdoor playpark. The grounds are lovely and as part of the landscaping there are ponds with goldfish, frogs and turtles.

The apartment is charming and comfortable, and offers good conditions for 3 to sleep. Has one double bed and one single sofa-bed. It is a studio-apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and opens out to the sitting room. The door to the garden opens to a private area with table and chairs to enjoy a meal or a beverage any time of the day.

The apartment is fully equipped to maximize comfort and convenience. It has cable TV and WIFI, has a washer/dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and linens provided. We do not provide pool/beach towels.
