This lovely end-of-row townhouse is situated in a small condominium in the beautiful Algarve countryside, just a 3 minute drive (2.5km) from the village of Alcantarilha, and the beaches of Armação de Pêra and Salgados (12 mins drive, 6.5km).

The house features authentic materials like traditional tiles and wood, but it is comfortable with fireplace and air conditioning in every room. Set in a low density condominium, there is a large shared pool (including shallow pool), grounds with traditional trees like olive and carob, and terraces overlooking Algarve shrubland to the sun-setting West. Modern appliances, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, cable TV and traditional games make for a delightful stay.

A car is recommended to get to the premise and enjoy the neighboring towns and sites and beaches. There is a dedicated parking spot.

In Alcantarilha village there are small restaurants and cafés, but just nearby you can find everything in the large grocery shops. Several beaches are available within a 25 minute drive. The historic castle town of Silves and AlgarveShopping are within a few minutes drive.
